NEUTRON
Collapse the world's AI memory into a single star.

We buy datacenter-grade CXL memory pools, virtualize every rack into many memory machines, and rent them to the AI industry. The yield flows back to holders. Every share is a slab of real memory — live, bound, and earning.

SCROLL
Why memory, why now

Three forces are collapsing
toward the same core.

SEC / 01 — THESIS
01

The wall moved from compute to memory.

Training is bound by GPUs. Inference is bound by memory: the model has to fit, the conversation cache has to persist, the long context has to hold. The industry calls it the memory wall. When compute is short you queue — when memory is short, it simply does not run.

02

Memory is in a super-cycle.

HBM is eating the production of Samsung, SK hynix and Micron. Server memory is under-supplied and climbing. On the demand side, global inference volume multiplies every year. Supply contracts while demand detonates — memory has become the hard currency of the AI world.

03

Pooling crossed the commercial line in 2025.

The CXL interconnect standard let memory leave a single server for the first time — pooled, allocated on demand, billed by the gigabyte-hour. Microsoft Azure shipped the first commercial CXL memory service; Samsung and Micron are in volume production. Memory turned from a part soldered to a board into an asset you can own, operate, and make yield on. The first time in its history.

What Neutron runs

A memory core, virtualized
and rented to the world.

SEC / 02 — SYSTEM

We buy proven CXL memory chassis (H3 Falcon class) and enterprise memory modules from Samsung and Micron, and run them in core datacenters. On top of the hardware we run MemVM — our memory-virtualization layer that carves every physical rack into many independent memory machines, rented by capacity and by time.

On-demand memory expansion

When a customer's server runs short, it draws capacity straight from the core and pays by usage. No buying for peak, no idle silicon.

KV-cache pool

Inference companies park their massive conversation caches in the core. Far cheaper than recomputing, and over five times faster than spilling to SSD.

Large-memory VMs

A whole slab, rented exclusively — carrying oversized model inference and in-memory databases that no single box can hold.

DEDICATED

For teams running models, the core beats building your own: more elastic, higher performance, and none of the datacenter to babysit. Capacity on tap.

The engine · MemVM

The memory hypervisor that runs the core.

MemVM is the control plane we built on top of the CXL fabric. It carves every physical rack into independent memory machines, surfaces each one to a tenant as standard system memory, and meters delivered service down to the gigabyte-hour. No application changes on their side. Full accounting on ours.

How to participate

Own a share of the core.

SEC / 04 — ACCESS
CAPSULE
$1,000
Yield rights to a single virtual memory machine.
  • One virtual memory machine, live in the pool
  • Rental income distributed on the pulsar cadence
  • Share recorded on-chain, publicly verifiable
FLAGSHIP
STARSHIP
$10,000
Yield rights to a cluster of memory machines.
  • A full cluster of virtual memory machines
  • Priority allocation during peak demand
  • Governance weight over the network
  • Share recorded on-chain, publicly verifiable

You are purchasing yield rights to memory machines. Neutron operates the machines and delivers the service; rental income is distributed per share on a defined cadence and recorded on-chain.

The yield

A pulsar pays on a beat.

SEC / 05 — YIELD
30%
Target Annual Yield

A neutron star sweeps its beam past us on a millisecond beat. Neutron pays rental yield to every holder with the same regularity.

01 — Supply is short, demand keeps rising

Memory production can't keep up; rental pricing moves with the market.

02 — Models are fragmenting

A coming flood of models will live on MaaS — more elastic, higher performance, and simply easier. The demand side keeps widening.

03 — Memory prices keep climbing

The memory machines Neutron holds appreciate as the underlying silicon does.

STACK THE THREE TAILWINDS → bull-case yield reaches 50–80%.

Yield tracks real utilization and market pricing. Distributions are settled on-chain from metered rental income.

Before you hold

The questions worth asking.

SEC / 06 — FAQ
Yield rights to live memory machines inside the Neutron core. Your capital binds to real capacity that runs in our datacenters and is rented to the AI industry. The rental income that capacity earns flows to you, per share.
Distributions accrue in real time. Your yield builds continuously as the core earns, and you watch it climb live inside your own Neutron console. You withdraw your earnings yourself, whenever you choose.
In your Neutron console. Your machines, their utilization, and your accrued yield all live on your own page, updating as the network runs. Every share is recorded on-chain and publicly verifiable.
You never feel it. You hold a virtual memory machine, not a physical part. Neutron owns and operates the silicon and carries every hardware fault ourselves. MemVM keeps your machine and its yield running on healthy capacity underneath. Failure is our problem, not yours.
AI companies. A broad base of inference and training teams rent capacity from the core for elastic expansion, KV-cache pools, and large-memory workloads. Demand for memory in the AI industry is deep and growing, and the core is booked against it.
A Neutron position is a yield-bearing hold, not a tradable ticket. You hold your share and draw the yield it produces on the pulsar cadence. Positions are not redeemed on demand, so treat your allocation as capital you are placing into the core to earn, rather than parking for a quick round trip.
The vision

We do one thing.
Memory.

Collapse the world's memory into Neutron. Build the densest, largest memory mine on Earth and become the gravity well of the AI economy. Density creates gravity — let the world's AI inference be captured by the core.
